Hey everyone, this is my first post so go easy.

I'm posting this for my friend because he's lazy and doesn't know computers at all. I know Neons, not Cavaliers. Both are great cars, but I just don't know much about Cavaliers so I apologize if I sound stupid.

Anyways... My friend wants to flash his 2k3 2.2 eco for numerous reasons. Where can he get this done at or does he have to buy a pre-flashed one?

Also, are there any good FAQ sites for his car?

It is not currently reflashable. There are two companies working on software to reflash it, one being HPTuners, the other being OBDProject.

there are some companies working on it but never seen noting. i know how to go past 108-110 but going that fast in a cav without being prepared is not recomended.
