So, I have a 2004 Sunfire, and I was wondering if somehow, I could swap the doors from a Cavvy convertible into my car. Yes, I know that I’m gonna have to put weatherstripping in the doorframes, but I really like that pillarless look when you open the door. Is it possible?
That would look sweet altho even with the pilars i find the windows are loose enough to begin with, maybe its just mine

You would need to also get the windshield pillars from a convertible to do this. On the convertible, they are slightly wider than the coupe, and have a special weather stripping. This is a bigger project than you may think it is.
