Cluster lights not lighting up.

when i turn the lights on, the cluster lights wont turn on. niether do the HVAC knobs or the LED's i wired in(i had them wired to turn on when i turned my lights on)

like a week ago while i was putting some more LEDs in(the cupholder) i accidentally let a pos wire touch a neg wire. the same thing happened, but i turned the lights off, waited like 20 seconds, and when i turned them back on, it was fixed. i checked all the fuses right now and they're all good. i checked to see if any wires were touching again and nothing. i took the LED wire off so they werent connected, still nothing. anything i'm missing?

another problem i'm having is that from time to time, my bass cuts out. like 2 days ago i accidentally let the batt discharge, but i boosted it and its been turning on fine(deep cycle batt). the battery doesnt seem to be taking charge as the little indicator is still red.(red = charge, black - 50-70%, green 70-100. if its red and needs to be charged, then why does the car turn on fine? is that why maybe the bass is cutting out?

the HVAC works, the lights that light them up dont. i searched and someone said something about the rear lights but they work fine, so its not that fuse.

maybe you blew the bulbs when you were wiring with the wires still HOT (you should know better then that)

i thought that, but i unwired some of the LEDs and connected them to the battery straight and they turn on. when i put them back in where they were, nothing. i tested the wire and theres no current, so thats not it.

and yes, i should know better. i deserve it..lol. i didnt realize the lights were on.

hmm....you may have burnt a wire then. do your best to trace it and make sure it didn't burn up anywhere.
