Ok so i did a search and i saw things for stock radios, and alpines but thats about it.
I found that i can buy the bus-port adapter for the headunit and run rca's to the ipod, but the problem with that is that i already have a 10 disc changer connected to my bus-port.
I really want to avoid using my cigarette lighter so does anybody know of any other alternatives?
This is the headunit by the way: DEH-P850MP
Pioneer sells a pass through bus adaptor
CD-RB20
Cheaper on ebay search CD-RB20. I just dropped $65 in stuff to connect my ipod to my Pioneer.
4th Gen Ipod:
Dock To RCA
Pioneer Aux Input
Belkin TuneDok
Make sure you do dock to rca if you can. The headphone to RCA is supposed to give really bad frequency response.

Where did u see dock to rca's? i have never seen that before.
Yeah sean I was thinking the samething. I was gonna try and run RCAs from the line in on the headunit then run it to the IPod well in my case my IBook. Its the RCAs with the Headphone jack on the one end and then the RCAs on the other. It worked for me. Only problem Is can't find a cord big enough i've only found like 5 feet.

yeah, usually they come in a 6 foot length at places like RadioShack. They may carry a 12' version by now, but hard to say without calling. (and I'm too lazy to check their website at the moment)
