so the $40 sub hit 134 with a TL and 157 in the port....not bad i guess
might play around with the amp abit more before the west show this weekend

it is probably the box, try fooling with it (I remember that it was not a prefab when you posted up @ the JCO).
decrease the volume slowly, little by little, if you increase DB wise then chop a little more, change the port a little ect. (tune it higher or lower), It is all about tuning with a mic for a few days to squeeze every last little Db you can out of the setup.

well i turned teh box around so it fires into the cab and it increased by 2db
hit 136.8 today on a termlab
not much trunk left lol

what wysiwyg said, the meter was IN the port lol ive only had this sub in this 1 box that i made, 1 thing i dont get is my buddy was tehre in his jetta and he has a T2 in a ported box and 3 of us thought my setup was louder but he hit a 138.X

I hit a 144.7 in a cavy with two 12" audiobahns
and 158.6 in the port during outlaw
