I need to know what spark plug gap I should go with on my 99 sunfire gt 2.4L LD9 With the gm performance supercharger(5psi). I got a new set of AC Delco #5614285. I read on the supercharger stickey that they are 2 step colder plugs. guys that are using them, what gap did you use?

Stock engine with a stock S/C I was at .035" gap. Built engine with small pulley I had them gaped to .030".

I gapped to what GM says with original GMPP plugs and now Rapidfires: 0.050''.

Correct I am running NGK TR6's gapped at 50 with no issues. You only need one step colder plugs.

So I can use the AC Delco #5614285 plugs and gap them to 50 or should I buy the NGK TR6's

I would not use those simply because they are 2 steps colder.
