I think it starts buidling boost a little bit under 3K rpm.

hey adler, where did you get the header that makes the flange to flip up toward the turbocharger?  Also, can the hood close perfectly?

firewolf www.Cavalierconnection.com makes those....  BTW thanks adler, with that little of a a/r i thought it would spool even lower than that....
 
 
He is using a 60 trim compressor, that is why he hits spool that late. I bought a .48A/R with a 50trim compressor, and expect to hit a bit before he does. Dan(JuicedZ4) uses a 47 trim and hits around 2k give or take, I believe.
 
 
 
Thanks for the info low fire.  Cant wait to see the setup on your car.  I think ill prolly go 60trim because its a semi daily driver and i dont wanna be in boost all day

I got it from Cavalier Connection. We had to modify the Cav Conn header a little bit to get a T3/T4 60 trim to fit. The compressor housing was hitting the #4 primary.

When I am on the highway going about 70mph or so, I think it is in boost....depends on how  far I am on the pedal.
