As a direct replacement, unfortunately, no... different pitch angle of the pillars.

I just wnt thourgh this a few weeks ago myself. I bit the dust and bout a lotec tripple gauge pod anw WAS able to make it fit just fine. However it is not a direct bolt on, you will have to cut the top off the gauge pod where it meets the headlinner.
BUt i have an 2002 so the pillar is diff.
