It deletes the rear seat and has slits in it for racing seat harnesses. When it is installed it looks just like stock. Material is very close as well, it truly looks like it belongs there. Great looking piece. I'm heading to Jersey next weekend, maybe you could meet me near the hotel or a gas station near where we are staying.
