what kinda of hp gains what i get by adding a catback exhaust system and a header to a 01 sunfire w/2200 (has an intake...if that makes a difference)

around 5 hp? without having a header and high flow cat, the exhaust is still restricted. the catback opens up some of that, but you won't notice as much as if you got everything from the header back.

Looking at your future engine mods on your cardomain page. if you are looking to gain as much power from you exhaust set up then dual exits would not be the way to go.

why not??? perty much the only thing dual will take from is ur wallet and loudness , u won't gain anything from dual it just looks cooler , and i would say 12-17 hp gains total for I/H/E but u can never tell till u get it dynoed

Thats what i am saying. If he want dual exhuast he is just going to pay more and not gain as much as he would with just a single exit.

the only real way to tell is to dyno your car before and after you put your mods on

dual exhaust = heavier..... heavier = not as fast as lighter.
