It is funny,because they are fwd, not because they are imports. I'm gonna get flamed for this but trying to make a fwd car fast is like buying the ugliest house you can just because you like a challenge. If you like a challenge why didn't you get a geo or swap in the weakest engine you can? There is nothing wrong with fixing up a fwd car, but speed is the worst goal IMO. I love my cav but I know it would be a waste to spend all of my money on the engine. To each there own, but thats my opinion.

they made that video down in orlando. I know the people personally what you don't see is when those same ricers show up at a muscle car club meet with a nitrious bottle and imediately think there racing gods, when meanwhile the cars at the meet are running min 12.99 or faster we have a rice problem in central florida espcially in the orlando area. Evo's and sti's and those range cars are about all that gets any respect amoungest them.

I have way more respect for a fully customized car that has been modified to the fullest extent than I do with someone that runs around in a stock LS1 or a Mercedes or BMW or anything like that.. and the people that look down at us lowly Ecobox owners.

Thats why most car meets suck ass cause everyone thinks their car is better then everyone elses, and everyone wants to race and prove it. So what? So some people like their F-Bodies that are RWD and stock fast, but some people like their J-Bodies to put work into them to make them look good. It kinda ridiculous how people just start @!#$ with "ricers" all the time just cause they like looks. I'm not saying that sometimes the ricers don't procoke, rather I just think its kinda stupid to treat all people who mod the look of their car the same.
