Well, went out and bought a silver HHR this weekend for my wife and daughter, without any intentions on doing anything to it. Now that I have it in my driveway Im thinking differently. Future plans are as follows:

Probably a custom intake and exhaust.

Anyone have any suggestions on a good muffler. I dont want it loud, just a slight rumble so you know it isnt stock. I will probably do a 4" rolled/ angle tip. or if you have any suggestions

pretty cool man, i just always think the billet horizontal grilles look oddly spaced at times, but will be much better than stock, best of luck!

theres this local @!#$ orange one, it has airbrushed flames on it (kinda like the ones on that tC in the other thread, but orange and yellow) and the license plate is "1HOTHHR". Its hideous

Silver is the best looking color for the HHR I believe in person. Enjoy it.

Same here, I don't like how they look stock but the black one posted above is hot looking. I definitely like that billet grille over the one on the silver HHR.

not bad but deffinatly needs a better grill

get the same gril that the black one has, the grey one has too much billet IMO
def needs a drop and dish rims.

BTW: that hood is freakin big.. imagine a CF hood on that

I would of bought one if they had a Blue one Fully Loaded when I was at the dealership. But, I ended up buying the Trailblazer instead.

Is it just me, or is the muffler not centered in the cutout in the bumper?

its because the tip sticks out farther than flush with the bumper and its at a slight angle so it looks like its off center
