I think you're a dumb @!#$ for posting that. Who cares how much power that cars puts down, its still better than 99% of the cars on this site.

I don't get it. I see a S2K on a dyno. That is all. Am I missing something?

If you knew anything you would realize that car was @!#$ up....it never crossed into VTEC therefore that isnt even close to a stock number. Stock they make something like 240hp. And too bad your car will never see those numbers with every bolton but turbo installed.

Well, actually you can hear VTEC kick in. The 240 is a factory number. What you get at the wheels will almost always be substantially less then what is quoted on the window sticker.

NE ways, "183 hp" isn't bad numbers for a little roadster like that. I have driven quite a few and they have some nice giddy-up. Very fun cars. Absoluely (if I may use my name in a pun) on RaiLS. Not the best handling car I have ever driven (2K2 NSX), but it is up there. I would get one in a heart beat!

I couldnt hear it in that video and my buddy has an S2k and i hear it kick in when it does. And i've ridden in it many time "wish i could drive it, omg" and they are fast cars. Low 14s stock i believe.

Hmm, when i think fast car I think at least 11s in the quarter but really 10s and lower is where its at.

That puts quite a few exotics and most vettes out of your fast car category.. Even the C5 Z06 ran 12's if I remember right..
Even the Enzo doesn't run 10's...

Call whatever you want fast I'm just saying that by your definition of fast there aren't very many fast cars out there.

Well then...theres a whole crap load where live.

Just on a little local forum I'm on...top 50 cars starts out at the slowest being 12.7....and go as fast as 8.94 (top 30 are 11.99 or faster). Ranging from dodge vipers, mustangs, vettes, and camaro's to civics, WRX's, talon's and GTP's.. Every single one is driven to the car meets.

Lately i've been done going fast in a straight line. Its still great and its still fun but after driving an RX-8 that corners like its on rails but gets smoked by any decent ricer (its an auto so less HP then the manual) in a straight line. I've realized the twisties is where its at.

Yeah, stock solstice vs s2k, sorry but that extra 10 k pays off in that matter. A soltice GXP on the other hand would whoop up but cost around 27k.
