You can sit in one if you really want to. This past weekend I went to Corvette funfest in Effingham Illinois, and there where plenty so sit in and play with the gears. The show is free to go to. I am sure you could pay someone to take you for a ride in there personal Z06. Lots and I mean lots of new Z06's are at the show.

I don't, and never will, understand why someone buys a brand new car, does nothing to it, and takes it to a car show. (Not saying those cars weren't modded, obviously I never saw them.)

u r all lucky!!! around here Z06's are rare cars, corvettes in general are pretty rare... i saw an orange Z06 driving when they first came out and my god i musta followed that dude for a good 10 minutes..
it was just dumb luck i saw it, i noticed the hummer first then i got a bit closer and saw that, i was in my dads monte carlo ss and just had to stop and take a pic.. a salemen came running over and asked if i was interested in it, i just laughed and said "ya sure if u wanna just give it to me, ill take it" he didnt think it was funny and walked away...

you need to find out when the next GM auto show in motion is near ya, they give you the keys to any gm car you wanna try and let ya take it around the track or parking lot depending on were ya live.
^^i dont think GM has ever put on one of thos here, i rember a jeep one but thats jeeps... im not too sure if GM would be ok with handing over the keys to a brand new Z06 to just some punk kid...
it dont matter im more than happy beating off to them in pics!!!

I got to see a Vert. on ramps and a Z06 on a turntable at the Oklahoma State Fair this past Sat. Very nice cars, took me awhile to get away from them too look at any of the other cars. Sad thing is Saturn didn't show up for me to see a Sky but I did get to sit in a Solstice. They wouldn't let people sit in the 'vettes but you could pretty much go over the whole 'vert on the ramps. Mmm....LS2 and LS7....
