Its called stretched tires... which is gayer than AIDS. The VW guys are a huge fan of doing this.

Looks like complete sh;t if you ask me.

Lets thru 17x9 wheels on our car and then mount tires designed for a 17x7 wheel on them. All so we can run -7 degrees of camber to get our tires to tuck.....AWESOME!!!

god that m3 is effing gorgeous. those are my favorite cars ever
