I have searched for this, and had no luck. Basically, I am trying to find out if anyone has a fwd opening hood, and if so, how did you do it??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
try searching "suicide door" (at least i think that's what you're talking about)
what does the door have to do w/ the hood? check out the starting up the vert in photos and media. hes got a couple of nice shots of his hood. its a long post, i wanna say their on page 14 or 15 but you'll just have to look through and find them
wow, i must've been out of it this morning b/c both times it said "hood" i read "door". I guess I have a bit of dyslexia with some good ol' fashioned retardation thrown in--my bad, but maybe "suicide hood" would work cuz i know there have been a few posts on the topic.
Franklin (My car is slower than yours) had a set of hinges for this mod. See the Mid East forum in the regionals . I think they were Laseber hinges.

Im working on that mod right now . I got a hood hinge off of a 88 buick lasaber. i had to cut down the hinge a bit to make it fit under the hood (when shut). But that is the hinge ya wanna use.
