Where I work, there's an Off The Grill nearby. Well, last night it was windy, and one of their outside dining umbrellas was picked up and thrown into my car. No dents or anything, but the front is scratched like someone took a big piece of sandpaper and did a quick swipe. I went in, got names, phone numbers, and stuff like that. Do I have a chance of getting paid for the damage?

Forgot, I don't want to make it seem like I want thousands of dollars in reparations, just enough to have it repainted.

Well.. i would think so.. ic you can prove it was they're umbrella flying around.

I live in indiana.. we got hit with teh same storm.. we had 65 mile an hour winds and power was out all nite.. with nickle size haill.. not pretty.

good luck, I had a pizza deliever guy put a scratch on my spoiler because he decieded to use it as flat surface to get a credit card imprint... they never gave me @!#$ after about 6 monthes of trying its always the run around
