yea...actually i think the do exist. dunno where exactly but i can prob get back to ya on it...
If you mean the holes for the inner tail lights then yes ViS makes it.

vis makes one and jsp makes one. both have fitment issues
yes they do. on my vis the top corners curve down and don't line up, and my right inner is too high. i THINK those are the only problems, but i can't remember.
