So today I was filling up my windshield washer fluid and notice that the black trim around my windshield has gone all wavy and rippely, it is along the complete bottom edge of the windshield. There is also two white dry spots located directly under the wiper arms.

Wondering if anyone know the cause of this, and any possible solutions or preventions to stop it from getting any worse?
