I was thinking of getting a Cavalier trunk lid for my Sunfire. Will the outer cav lights fit my 4drSF?

you can interchange cav tail lights on a 4 door sunfire, but not a 2 door... so you're good

I'd go with 95-02 if you want the "semi-shaved" look -- ie. no bezel (03-05 is the same lid as on your Fire sedan).
