Typically holes are drilled in the normal places for plastic rivets or bolts..

so are they indents that you would put the rivet through and then fill back in? or how would you cover the rivet or bolt? does it hook to the old bumpers?

it is a bumper with no mounting points at all you have to make them.. hence alot of ppl bitch about fitment issues. i have always had my kit done by a pro on my old cars so not really sure how much work it does take tho

it mounts the same way your stock bumper does. you remove the bumper, and using the stock hardware (bolts, some brackets), you put the new one back on.

however, with cheap fiberglass kits, you often have to do a bit of tweaking (aka fiberglass work) to get them to fit properly. you don't have to cover up any of the bolts, cause they are usually out of the way anyway. if you've never done any fiberglassing before, you might want to have a good body shop fit it up for you. make sure it fits right before you paint it, otherwise you painted it for nothing.

as said you use all your stock hardware. once you have everything off, you line up the kit and test fit it to make sure it fits good then you bolt it on. once its bolted on you wont see any of the bolts or anything

I hope that is JUST an example, and you are not actually thinking about putting that horrid peice of fiberglass (wanna be body kit) on your cavalier.

typically, the stuff sold on ebay is sold for so cheap because it is cheap.

consider it like audio stuff. if you see an amp being sold for ungodly cheap, it's probably garbage. or a sub for dirt cheap, it'll probably blow pretty quickly.

cheap fiberglass body kits are usually pretty thin, which means it's not very durable. often, the fitment is horrible, which means you have to spend a lot of time and money getting it to fit well.

try and get a body kit from someone who has a good reputation for selling quality stuff. a plus performance, car customs, gravana tuning... just to name a few. like buying anything, do some research on what you want and you'll find not only the best person/company to buy it from, but also what to avoid.

Eh, in regards to Ebay, "You get what you pay for". Ebay is kind of a big flea market, lol

Sometimes you can find good deals on Ebay if you know what you're looking for, but I wouldn't trust it for body kits or performance engine parts.
