Can anyone confirm if that is accurate as a weight for a front crushguard for a 2003 Sunfire?

64 pounds? What is it, the dark matter of styrofoam?

I ordered mine off ebay. Comes in a really big box, but don't remember it being that heavy.

UPS has been messing up alot I just got a bill for shipping a Urethane kit to Boosted. They wanted to charge me an extra $300 saying the entire thing weighed close to 100lbs, and the dimensions they put were all messed up.Where as a type j kit only ways 70lbs at most and i gave them percise measurements over the phone lol

Maybe this "crushgaurd includes the metal brace? thats the only thing i can think of that would weight that much or sometimes arter a certain size of box they take measurements and make it wieght larger cause of the oversized box

that would be the only thing I could think of as to why it would weigh that much, either that or a mistake.

I've never seen the metal brace and crush guard offered together. Probably just an error with the shipping.

Like i said sometimes depending on the box sixe they will up the weight or charge according to a certain weight..for instance..

I shipped sideskirts they charged me for 50 pds when we all know they dont weight anywhere near that but the dimensions of the box is what made it "weight" that much

Must be the dimensions of the box then because the box I received mine in was rather large.

Yeah, sounds like they calculated "volumetric" weight. Just a way to screw you as revenge for taking up so much space in the back of the truck.

it was revenge. I was prepared to lift a 64 lb box, and was all

nothing happened to my crush guard, just got an 03 one to replace the 95-02 one.
