Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from him in a while. I gave him a set of headlights to do about 7 months ago, paid him about 4 months ago and he will not respond to any e-mails or phone calls. I dont know how many times I have called him. If anyone know what happend to him please let me know. I just want to know whats up with my lights, dont want to give him a bad reputation.It Just the headlight that I sent him with the projectors are around 1 g so I am bit nervous.

tough sh*t he is running a BUSINESS not just doing it for friends on the side. Id be pissed to if i had been waiting for 7-9 months for headlights. its called supply and demand. if you cant keep up with demand than maybe its time to hire more employes. And dont gimmie any of that crap that people are hard to train if people can teach monkeys sign language peoople can sureley learn to make headlights. Imagine how you would feel if you went to micky d's today and the said im sorry sir we have to serve 10,000,000 people this month so we are a little far behind your burger will be ready in a bout a week.

i see what youre saying but i have o agree with corp.
it takes MINI less time to build, ship and recieve a custom made mini into the states than it does to get a set of projectors from josh

I am agreeing with corp punishment but I have been saying for last couple months if he cant keep up with the orders he needs either hand his work to somebody who can do the same work as he or get these headlights done then close business since he cant keep up with the work.

like i said, i agree he bit off a little more than he can chew right now, but i highly doubt he'd refuse a refund if you want it. obviously people(some) are willing to wait for a quality product. you cant expect a person who is running a business and making alot of orders to shut down shop because people arent as patient as they thought they could be when they sent the $
not to mention theres no one else who produces products like he does. so then what?
again, not saying any of you are wrong for wanting products quicker...i know i like my purchases to be here immediately when i buy something, but seriously. its just dumb to think he should shut down shop because he has too much work. cant wait, dont buy it. cant wait any longer than you have already, get a refund and make some yourself. theres a reason people buy from him and its because they cant produce the products themself(or at least dont have the feeling they can, when in fact they probably could)

I was gonna stay out of this one but joey is right. If you want a refund get one. Josh called me last week a few times to talk about my lights and told he had just refunded a guys money. YES its a pain to get a hold if josh, but YES it will be worth the wait. I've been waiting for my lights since the beginning of march, but the cars parked now so it doesnt matter so much anymore.
im not waiting on any lights from josh nor i will buy some from him (thats because he helped me make some a long time ago) but i just wanted to put in my support for him. i think his lights are frikken sweet and you cant get them any where else, so like everybody else is saying either wait, get a refund or like joey said "make your own" but know that you wont be able to get lights like that anywhere else.

I am with ecotecpower and everyone else who backs Josh on this and have been saying it for awhile now, be patient for a HIGH QUALITY product or get your money back and build them yourself. Just hope you can make them as equal to the quality of what Josh can do.
I would want a refund, but one my headlights are probably in pieces and 2 I can not even ge ahold of him. If you are going to sell @!#$ dont sell it if you cant supply it. I dont care if its burgers or lights, waiting more than a half a year and only getting 5-9 phone calls out of the 400 times I called is not something that should happen(BTW I have the phone records). So yeah I am alittle pissed and yeah I know it will be worth it, but this is somehting that you dont do. Oh and I did make my headlights all I needed was the shroud made and another set of projectors throw in the highs spot. It should have take 2-3 weeks max not 7 months and counting. If anyone knows where he is tell him to contact me, becasue he sure wont call me and I am done calling.

I don't know what to say here...so I wont say anything...except that I've been patiently waiting since March as well, and I have never called him yet, as I think a rushed product will be a crappy product!!! Just think about it

I'm in the march boat too, just wish that he'd get off his ass and let the rest of us know whats going on. Not just a select few. I've delt with him before and he is a stand up guy.....just more communitcation is a must!

I dunno bout the other guys that ordered in March but I did as well, and I got mine in June. Couldn't be happier w/ Josh, there was one point when he was nearly done w/ my headlights and had to ship them to someone else because they were being extremely pushy and he wanted them off his back, then he followed up w/ a call every week making sure I wasn't angry and assuring me that I would have my headlights by the middle of the summer, he kept his work and I got them almost to the day he promised. I don't know what's going on w/ Josh currently, I tried to call him and left him a message, still haven't heard back yet, I'm sureat some point he will call me back. But I've already got my headlights, yeah some things need to be added, but he asked me if I could wait until he had slowed down. At that point he would get ahold of me and take care of everything that I want done now.
