hey guys, i did a quick photo shop of a pair of fog lights i liked on my 03 cav with the drift kit, tell me what you all think

im open to all opinions and suggestions, and dont worry, the car is painted, thats just the only pic i could find that would work for what i needed.

i would say leave them out, just look so out of place

I was pictureing them in the top of each side's meshed opening. Def different which is good, im gonna have to go with mike. Im not quite feeling it. But its your car and do what you wanna do. Im also wondering where you got/getting thouse foglights.
believe it or not, those are just regular stock foglights off of and 05 series Impala, i got the idea when i went out for a smoke break at school and my car was parked next to one, i noticed the shape was really close and thought it would look really cool, its low to the ground, and matches the lines, they also sell them in chrome

if it matches up on the lines then go for it or make them match, i think it will come out nice

Same here. They just look out of place at the bottom.

I really like the idea but they don't look right.. Although i don't think they would look any better above the mesh.. it just looks too plain right above the mesh if you put them on the bottom.. Well regardless, like they say it's your car..

Dont ask, just do that! Looks made for the kit. Really helps soften the blockiness of the drift front IMO. All I know is that if I had a drift kitted Cav I'd rob your idea, but give credit where credit is due, of course.
depending on the color of the bumber that could make it look good or bad e.g. if its a dark grey color they would be hard to see
i like it, if it actually matches that well i say go for it

well im debating between a gunmetal grey metallic with arrival blue as a 2 tone, or arrival blue with platinum silver as the 2 tone, but either way, they also make these lights in a chrome housing so either way, and they kinda match the colors in the head lights. without the yellow corners that is.

Not to bust your bubble, but you know what they say...close is for horseshoes and hand grenades. Just because the photochop looks proportional doesn't mean it will fit like that. Measure the ones off the impala and put some test marks on the bumper. It may be too tall for the lip on the bottom, or short enough that it doesn't flow with the outer edge of the mesh opening.
That said, only way to find out is get out there and mock it up
well instead of spending the 50 bux to get a pair, and actually mock it all up, i was gonna make a pattern of a set on an impala sitting at a local dealer and see how the pattern lines up, if the pattern is good then i would get the lights and go from there, btw i got this idea from looking at an 05 impala sitting next to my car, and in person the lines look very very close, but i was just seeing what everyone thought of the idea.

if they fit it looks like it will flow real nice i have the drift to and miss my fogs havent seen anything nice to replace them
