My 97 Cavalier RS headlights don't seem to want to go on,the high beams will but not the healights and the daytime running light will starting blinking when i put it in gear, i took a look at the bulbs, fuses and relays and they are all good. any suggestion on how i can fix this?

when you turn your lights on, see if you can kinda force it a bit more and see if the lights come on. its a good chance you need to replace the headlight switch (ie the whole lever). its only 50 bucks at autozone and takes approx. 10 mins to install.
multi-function switch is a good place to look if all else checked out.
