I'm having problems with the front lip...may have to get some screws up through it...nothing so far with the rear, but I haven't driven it far yet. Going for the first drive of the season on thursday...I'll know if it doesn't hold when I get home and I have no lips left
there should be two places for screws into the rear lip in the wheel wells also. but mine has been held on with ds tape for at least a year and no problems
mine doesnt have any screw holes

No holes, but they go into the area that overlaps the fender well, use self tapping screws and just screw them in.
In addition to the screws placed in the wheel wells, my body shop used 2 screws in the center. These are hidden by the license plate as it overlaps that part of the lip. It has held up perfectly even in the face of several torrential down pours and highway speeds. However I do not know how well it holds up in winter weather conditions as I do not drive that car in the winter.
