hey, i was just browsing the GP forum, and its really starting to agervate me that GP's that are over are still being posted.....and i can understand peoples questions about the product, ect......but is it possable to have maybe 2 subforums, one for GP's that ended, and another for GP's that are still running??

its not hard if people open up page 1 of the gp and
read when its going to end and after the gp is over the person running the gp should contact a mod and inform them on this so the mod can then lock the thread.
It is the seller's responsibility to contact me when the GP is done. Although I suppose what could be happening is the seller sees an opportunity to get advertising out of leaving it up.
I have deleted all GPs that were more then 3 months old (most were almost a year old) from the forum, regarless of whether or not they had recent replies and/or were done. I didn't even look. If I made a mistake, it is the seller's responsibility to contact me about it.
Going forward there will be a hard date that the seller will need to set, and after that date they would need to contact me otherwise the post would automatically expire. I'll be setting that up sometime in the future.
