Were is the Turn Signal Flasher Located

Hey Guys just got a 1998 2.2L cav for the winter, The turn signals do not flash on and off like normal i want to pull the flasher and replace it . I have no idea were its located

I think it's located in the engine bay. The long black box next to the battery, there should be a diagram on the cover.

its under the dash on a bracket on the brake pedel. have fun i had a hell of a time finding it when i tried.
