MAP Low Input

I drive a 97 sunfire GT (2.4L of course)
Well the car has been running rough on and off lately so I borrows my buddy's code reader. What I got was

"Manifold Absolute Pressure/BARO Sensor Low Input"

The car tends to idle rough for a while then its ok after a while... so my question is how do I fix this?
I searched but didn't find enough info on it so please help!! im racing in a week!!

Nevermind, I changed the vac line, it didnt look too nice not it runs good again.
