ok my cav when i am drivng after it warms up
it starts to idel funny when i am driving
the rpm gauge will jump around between 1500 and 3000 rpm's

i have took it to do diff shops and they say that it is not throwing any codes
well i went ahead and did the coil packs and spark plugs, and also did the cee foam fuel system cleaner

and its still doing it can soem one please help me

What has been changed on youre car? Has youre wires been changed as well? How about fuel filter, Air filter? Have you had youre fuel pressure test done on youre fuel pump, Could be vaccum leak.
