when I hit my horn, it makes a WEAK sound and sometimes I can only hear the relay click over but no sound. DO yall think this is a wiring issue, the horn itself or a relay of somesort??? If it is a realy, where is it located so I can replace it or atleast check it out, and is there only one horn on a cavalier or 2? I need help, I need to pass inspection this week! Please help!

well if your horn makes a weak sound this means, your fuse is fine, you have a ground, your relay is working, you need a new horn assmebly, simple diagnostics
