Well today i got a poly lower engine mount installed, have not got the top one but i can tell a huge difference with the lower one, there isn't that many vibrations either amazingly and i can tell that it has helped with the downlow power and also in combination with my B&M shift kit it has helped that also, i will be looking forward to getting the top mount soon.

It's not necessarily gaining your torque but your transfer of power will be better because your motor isn't bouncing around in your engine bay. Pretty much your gaining little power that you lost.

i should get mounts too, when i put my intake on everyone told me it just bounces all over my engine bay.

im ordering my mounts next week, order them from carcustoms casue they have both top and lower mounts for 60 some bucks.
