I'm looking at all the parts that i need to get if i want a 3 angle valve job Ported and Polished. What all should i keep stock in the head, or what can i keep stock in the head that won't hurt performace at all? Thanks

^^^^is it recommended though to upgrade to say crane 1:6 rockers?
well think about it.....
if you are gonna spend all your cash upgrading everything else, why stop?
of course you can run stock, why wouldnt you be able to?
did you change the thread pitch on the holes where the rockers go? if you didnt then obviously you can still run stock right?
if it doesnt HURT performance now, its not gonna hurt it later....
and 3 angle is stock.
I'd upgrade to the Crane rockers anyway man.

Here is my best advice. Upgrading the rockers is a great idea. However, unless you are running an aftermarket cam (such as JBP, which they include springs with their cams) then I wouldn't bother swapping those out, it's too much of a hassle.
