Why wont the Cruise Control work with 2.3L TB?? is there anyway I can get it to work?? let me know ...

are you talking about when you do the manifold swap? If you are all you need is the bracket for the cruise control, flip the cruise control box around and it works.
you also have to find a TB that has the cruise control nipple on the throttle body wheel to attached the cruise cable to, and finding that TB is the only hard part
Isn't there a bracket to hold the T/B on correctly. Where do you get that?

I did the HO mani swap using my 2.4 TB, so i have cruise. Is it really as easy as flipping the box around? Is there any modification needed?

you only have to flip the cruise control module mounted to your firewall 180*, this is to create enough length of cable to reach the TB
