dose Cryo treating car parts really work?im thinking about sending some stuff in to have it done i just wanted to know if it was a wast os money

Unless you are boosted and are making some crazy power, its a waste of money.

yeah im going to be boosted soon im going to build a new motor. i just got the 468ci done for my camaro and now its time to buld a motor for the cav.

It depends on what parts you wanted to cryo, whether it will be worth it or not. It aligns the particles making the metal more consistant, and help with heat disipation really well. I did my brake rotors, and they never warped again. My buddy did his 2.2 OHV stock pistons, they didn't make it in a boosted motor.

I've heard cryotreating the heads is a good option for boost, as it does allow for better cooling. I'm sending my head in for treating here soon.

Where's a good shop to do the treating, i don't care if i have to mail it.
