Just put a turbo on it and poorly tune it. Hell, just go ahead and blow some oil seals out on purpose to have that extra edge for mass smoke production.

take off the cat and run 91+ gas, mine blows black smoke everytime I down shift. How about some white smoke or some white smoke with blue led's in the tail pipe so you can a fast and the furious II look going on. The secret to white smoke is unscrew your head a little so water mixes witht the oil and whuala white smoke. Radio shack has the leds, your set bro. And if your car has alot of miles you might want to upgrade to a full synthetic blinker fluid too.

I have a serious Q regarding this
I removed my Air Bong, put in a K&N filter, removed Res, and welded a Vibrant Streetpreformance muffler on my car, and if I hammer out off gear and take my RPM up to about 3.5K, a nice sized puff of Blackest of Black smoke comes out the end.
2003 Ecotec with 71K km on engine...
Didn't remove the Cat or do anything to it... is this normal to puff?

When you dog it like that, its normal to have a puff of black smoke.
