$500 or less for ehxaust? That is not hard if you are not boosted and your N/A I would just spend the money on a nice Dynomax muffler with a 25-30" Thrush glasspack, and get 2.25"-2.5" piping. You should have enough left over from your $500 to get a high flow cat, and header. That would be a real nice combo I think. It will sound deep toned at idle and really sound mean when you get into it.

Sorry forgot to add up there, Magnaflow makes a good high flow cat, I have a Catco and it is not bad but I still think it is kinda raspy at higher rpm's. And a good decent priced header for your car would be Pacesetter. Then get the HO intake manifold and TB. Car will sound great.

get a suctom exhaust. locate a exhaust shop, have them bend you some pipe. pick a muffler, high flow cat, at least an 18 inch resonator. there is your exhaust, andprobaly for less than $400
