Have a 2000 with a 2200 and 3 spd auto. Would like some advice on either Ecotec 2.2L or LD9 2.4L swap, which is easier or cheaper, and will either fit the stock transmission?
For either swap you need a tranny that matches that motor. Your stock tranny will not work with either motor. FOr your car neither is a hard swap.
