Outside Diameter of Throttle Body

I have a buddy that has several pieces of stainless steel tubing and rubber elbows from 2.5 "inside diameter - 3.5" inside diameter, plus 1 foot length straights. Real quick, what is the diameter needed for the throttle body?

by the way, this is for a SHORT AIR RAM.
