I have a 1989 pontiac sunbird LE 2.0L OHC TBI, and im going to be adding a garrett T3/T4 turbo to it, using the 2.0L turbo manifold, then 0.030over pistons (0.075MM), full MSD ignition, and lots of other things, i was also wanting to convert it to a MPFI, will i be able to use the 2.0L OHC turbo manifold, harness and ECM for this? Is that all ill need, help will be appriciated, and if anyone needs sunbird parts for the application i have, im selling ALOT of sunbird parts, just ask, thanks

I believe the turbo manifold does bolt up but I doubt you want it. It uses a T25 flange instead of a T3. If you really want it though, I have two complete manifolds/turbos laying around and a T25 to T3 adapter.
Best bet is to get a custom manifold made as it will flow better. I have two sets of forged bird pistons (one is brand new with rings), two sets of rods, one complete bottom end, two heads and two cam carriers/cams all off of turbo birds. I also have any other parts you may want like intake manifolds, TBs and what not.

How much would you want for the turbo intake manifold? and is it from a 2.0L OHC? also, how much for the T3 adaptor and the exhaust manifold?

If you keep the tbi harness and switch to the turbo Sunbird ecm you'll need to add wires to control a second pair of injectors and you'll have to change the connectors and pins at the ecm end. If you're not into wiring, it's usually easier to replace the entire harness.
You'll also need fuel pressure regulator to match the intake manifold you choose. The turbo car FPR is different from anything else in GM land. The later MPFI intake and fuel rail use a "regular" FPR. The fuel lines will need changing, as will the pump. The throttle cable and transmission detent cable for auto trans are also different between the cars. If you choose 92-94 mpfi or 87-91 turbo car intake and fuel system parts, it's easiest if you stick with _all_ mpfi or turbo car parts. The intakes look the same but there are enough small differences that it can make the project into a bigger hassle by mixing and matching.
If you can find a donor car in the junkyard life will probably be eaiser.

Yea, what i was going to do, is get the manifold off of a sunbird 2.0 turbo, and harness from a turbo if i can, i have manual 5 speed trans., so i have to find the harness and ECM from a manual anyway

You can use an auto trans harness on a manual trans car. The park / neutral input to the ecm will be left open and the TCC connector won't be used. The VSS connector might be different, but that's minor.

That could work, just use the connectors from the old TBI harness for what i dont have on the new one, thanks
