Good or best option

RK Sport or DC Headers + Heat header tape

The are other aftermarket brands thats good too

header wrap(tape) will destroy the header

and the sunfire is no different than the cavalier

gravanatuning.com , turbotechracing.com

and the guy above spell car customs wrong , lol

what ive noticed is that one of the most common headers for our cars is the pacesetter header(pacesetter armor coated header). they come in both painted steel and armor coated steel versions. the painted steel is most definately cheaper, but in this case cheaper might not be better. the painted header is just painted as protective coating during shipping, and is intended to be coated with some other sort of heat protectant by the buyer. the paint wears away after only a few weeks or so and then just becomes raw steel. and the raw steel wont hold up to the weather very well. they have been known to rot out after only a year. the armor coating will hold up to the weather and make under hood temps much cooler than stock.

never EVER wrap your header(s) on a normal daily driven car. it also cant hold up to the weather and will hold water and moisture between the wrap and the steel and in turn rot out the header rather fast. header wrap works on a track car better because it will hold in heat like its supposed to, but it wont have to deal with the elements as often as a daily driver will.

just a few things to keep in mind when looking for a header.
there are indeed other header brands out there im just using pacesetter as a typical example. like everyone else said look around whether it be at turbotechracing or gravanatuning, or anywhere else and youll find something right for you.
good luck man.
