engine bay needs to be cleaned? lol
no more cavy...now 240 =]
I see a cool-air intake
It's got a NOS-fogger system and a T-4 turbo
I see an A.I.C. controller
It has direct port nitrous injection
Yeah, a stand-alone fuel management system
...Not a bad way to spend $10,000
you probably gain next to nothing from that setup. i would look into a real intake setup.
I want to share something with you - the three sentences that will get you through life. Number one, 'cover for me', Number two, 'oh, good idea, boss', Number three, 'it was like that when I got here.'

The tube goes inside the filter, it doesn't stop. I will probably invest in a intake when I can afford one, but this setup here was free, and I will use it for the time being.
even if the tube does go inside the filter, the filter needs to be tight around the tube for it to do anything. as it sits right now, it looks like air goes into the bottom of the filter completely unfiltered. this is a bad thing. either get a filter that fits, a real filter, or put the stock box back in. honestly the lack of flow doesn't arise from the filter itself so much as it does from the factory intake tube.

looks gay. Buy a tube, put that filter on it and call it a day. Ebay...40 bucks for a decent one

oh and it needs to be clamped better. The end of the filter should be clamped tight as hell. But your using a flexible tube, so it wont work out too well.

Buy a 1" chunk of 3"OD tubing. Clamp the end of your intake tube to one end of it, clamp the filter to the other end. Problem solved.
