GM Performance Parts used to make a raised valve cover (v.c.), but discontinued it quite a while ago. If your needing clearance for a roller rocker arm conversion, usually you can grind the v.c. in a couple of places to give them any clearance needed. This is usually on the v.c. baffle adjacent to the #1 & 3 exhaust rocker arms, next to the pushrod cup on the rocker arm.

If your doing custom length valves and need a little more space, get another v.c. and have it machined down to just the mounting rail. Mount it beneath the v.c. or have it TIG welded to the v.c.. This would give you about a 1/4" of additional clearance. If your doing this, you would still need to clearance the baffle for the rocker arms.
