ok, here are my ideas for my cavalier. All I would like is an idea or estimate of how much HP I would gain from this....

1) Cam
2) Redo Heads
3)Rockers
4)Intake Manifold
5)headers



So far I have a cold air intake, and exhaust
BTW its a 99 2.2 OHV

That is some pretty vague info....

John is right.. This info doesn't mean crap.... "stage" numbers don't mean anything either... What are the specs? What ratio rockers??

Duration @ .050*, Valve Lift INTAKE 207*, 480 EXHAUST 212*, 490

Not to burst your bubble, but I've heard horror stories about JBP cams. And as for the rockers, better off getting a set of Crane Gold Narrow-body Self-aligning rockers instead. They have less chance of interfering with each other because of how the rockers are arranged on the LN2. As for the manifold, unless Venom still offers theirs goto Hogan whom will make one for you or turbos10.com as they will have one.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".
