Will it be too loud

I have a 2.4L, gonna get 2.25' pipping, ive got a 4-1 pacesetter header. I was gonna put in a magnaflow cat 94035, 14inch reasonator, and magnaflow muffler(striaght thru). Would this sound really loud? I dont want to get it all installed and find out that its riduculously loud and have to deal with the cops pulling me over.
I found a really good deal on the 14inch reasonators so i thought i would go with this.

I would say that with the resonator in there it wont be crazy loud until you step on it. Even then it should have a nice tone to it.

A lot of people don't bother getting a resonator, and thats when the weed-whacker's sound their worst.

sounds like a good setup ... might want to get a regular straight through resonator instead of the 94035 .. but you didn't say what muffler you're going with .. IMO if you're doing something like the race series go with a regular resonator .. and if you're going with something quieter you might be ok with the magnaflow res.
the 94035 didn't do much for my car when it was on it.

I was just going with a regular street series muffler

Resonator's don't do anything for volume; they even out the exhaust note (raspiness.)

With that setup, I'd do a straight-through stainless resonator (thy're out there pretty cheap) and maybe a muffler with a little restriction...like a Dynomax Super Turbo or a Flowmaster if you're pockets are a little deeper. Any straight through muffler is a risk in relation to noise levels.
