I just got a ecotech motor out of a grand am and i'm trying to put in my 99 cavalier 2200 will it fit and what do i have to change?

ecotech? thats new to me. sure you didnt get that from a honda?

but if you got the ecotec that is in GM cars then yes it will fit. but you have to mount the engine in the trunk becuase of the way the engine is made. its easier than it sounds. some people have done it. and the info is out there
