ok guys im in a delema what clutch should i go with? im looking into ACT,Centerforce,SPEC. i have no idea i don't wanna go with the stock clutch agin or it might blow out on me again a yr down the road i want something that can handel a load and i can transfer power quickly. if any other clutch companies are out there feel free to let me know. i want the most bang for my buck im willing to drop 500 on a clutch help me out guys.

what power are you looking to put down and what are you looking for in a clutch? do you want more of a stock feel? or do you want something that is more of a "I go to the track every day, so I need some only on/off feel for my clutch" or, do you want the best of both worlds. I've heard some good, some bad on the spec clutches, mostly good towards the "stage 2" stuff though. can handle a decent ammount of power, but still gives a semi-stock feel to it.

I don't know what clutch... but I know which forum.

Well I won't be the one moving it and giving a forum warning.

I've ran several aftermarket clutches, on cars that actually have more power than stock applications. If this were in the proper forum I could tell all about it.

Plus, we don't have any of the needed usual info. What are you throwing at the clutch? If you've got an intake and an exhaust just get an oem replacement and don't drive with a retarded left foot.

SO KLFO what thread do you suppose i put this in you retard. it says performance wich is a wide range and anything related there is no clutch forum so douch bag enter your input or STFU. back on topic i have recieved a pm from turbo tech im looking into s/c the car later down the road im going n/a at the moment and am putting down around 200 hp i want something like brad has said a best of both worlds a stock feel and able to handle hp when i s/c instead of once again having to step up and swap another clutch. i'll look into the center force dual friction. but thanks guy that have put in USEFUL info

i like my spec. im running a stage 4 unsprung. its not as harsh as people think. im running a spec stage 2 in my s2000. also a nice clutch. very mild engagement. if your going with basic bolt ons, id say a spec stage II
