I have tried searching, but I dont even know the name of what I am searching for! I was looking on you tube at some kind of take off thing that only allows you to rev at a set rpm until you launch. Does the word launch control sound correct? If that is what it is called, where do i get one, how hard is it to install, how much, etc. It would be greatly appreciated if I cold get a link to a manufacturer's(sp) website or a link on here. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the speedy response, but I see that msd makes a "launch control". My ? is it compatible with a stock ld9 ignition, or do I have to have a msd ignition? And which module should I get to be easiest to install? And what is involved in installing it? Like on a scale of 1-10 for a moderate wrecher?

If the DIS-2 has it, then yes it is. I'd rate installing one of those as a 5 on difficulty.

Yea, you're looking for a type of launch control. Strat81 has a launch control system on his WRX. Im assuming that he installed it himself. He might be able to help you out.
