I have been searching to find performance parts for my 2.3 Cavy. Almost 200k on odometer and I wanna rebuild engine and put a little "umph" in it. Anybody know where I can get some performance parts for her? All help is appreciated.

cheapest and easiest...go to the junk yard and start pulling parts off 89-94 HighOutput quad4's
just how much umph you looking for anyway?
Enough umph to run with a few semi-built hondas around here but dependable enough to be a work car. Not looking to build a racer, just something with more quickness and power than she has now.

swap in the 180hp 2.3 LG0 or "high putput quad 4' and they will never know what hit em.
buy a ron s. header when they come out, 60mm tb, custom cai, and a dyno tune and they will be giving you WTF chants as you pass.
