i have RKSport Coilovers on my car and am wondering if anyone:
A) knows if they came with an allen key to adjust height
and
B) what fricking size is the allen key cuz i dont have one!

Yeah, they came with the key and I have no idea what size it is.
Everyone should have a complete set of allen keys though. Go buy a set of both SAE and metric and just find the one that fits.
hmm.....mine didn't come with an allen key...i got ripped off....
